had my flu vaccine yesterday.. it hurt although d needle is veri fine. it not d needle tat hurt it bcos of medicine. it was given on my arm jus lkye ni other vaccine. but tis is painful. veri! it go thru my intramuscular musclr which i can feels d medicine in my body.. thx god im well today. cos most of my colleagues actuali had a fever or flu aft tat. it a normal reaction la. tat hw vaccine works. it all depends on ur body immune.

oh well had my dinner at Pizza Hut AMK wif my family. we break fast der la actuali. hmmm had d cheesy bites pizza set n my sis had spaghetti n lasagne wif sum spicy drumlets. hahak i actuli get lots of drumlets as my sis is working der... hmm yummy!!! mum had tis new fruti salad timgy la. hmmm cool.. pizza now is a fine dinning restaurant which mean no more self- service on soup or salad. my gosh poor ting those pizza service crews. more job to do. i wonder wat will happen on bz day like public holiday.. all d best den... ok den aft d meal we had ice cream n my yougest sis order a walnut cheesecake.. hmmm tat delicious. had a great tyme der.
